Where should I start. This was a wonderful walk. I have so many questions. This is one place I would love to visit. A lot of coffee, wine, food and…. ice cream for my wife. I find afternoon and night walks are very interesting. It was like I was there.
I did not see a lot of bicycles. Are they allowed? My wife says you must be in great shape. A lot of walking. Take care and please keep making videos. Hi from Sandpoint, Idaho USA.

Thank you Living Walks for these video's of Madeira. I gave a like and subscribed. I have been going to Madeira for 16 years, but stopped going because the flight is too long. It is just like being there. Can you do a video where you explore The Residence by Port Bay, which is in the Lido Area. I find the people to be friendly and the food to be excellent. Maybe do a food video. There is so much to see. The last time I was in Madeira was in 2019. I do miss it

I lived there for 10 years and I walked that paths every single day. I worked in several of pestanas hotels around…..memories. I miss the weather. Now I am in UK for 10 years. I miss my home MADEIRA

What a beautiful place. I know this is the end of the world, but I never thought this would be this beautiful in the midst of the wilderness. I am from Northern Vermont, and I often come here to watch the snow go by the forest and to think that I have no life and that I may just be here just for a few weeks. I had not expected to be in a small town within the woods. As we go by, I notice the snow that has piled up in the street. I see a small house. We go in and the woman is just standing there with a beautiful family. As we say hello, I see a large dog come out to look at us. We are out front as the dog passes by and we then just come into the house where I saw them in. It is a wonderful home. We come out and we both start to dance at the end of the driveway.
Which month was this done? We are thinking of visiting over Christmas & New Year.

My recommendation is the rather lovely cocktail bar at the Porto Mare hotel. It's open to non residents and has music in the evening.
