The one problem with this is that it’s hard to keep 9 conspirators quiet. Someone usually cracks.
What would need to be done for the case to be properly re-opened, with the McCanns being investigated with all the information that is now available?
Can’t a petition be started?
What was Madelaine used for?
The German is a red herring..the mccanns got funding every year from the government to look for her..about 2years ago around March the government stopped the funds as it was a dead end..3months later up pops the German ..which they already checked out years ago..but anyway..now that they think he's involved the mccanns have asked for the funding to not stop..funding from the government. .all the money they got throughout the years..the government does not do that for any other missing kids .but didn't they blame some guy way back then too I think his surname was Murat…Peter Hyatt did a good live on the statements of the mccanns..☺👍

Hi Roberta thanks for inviting guests on to cover the MM case. Always appreciated.
However, I find the "simple plan" quite complex and convoluted and I am struggling to see how Tom reaches his conclusions.
Perhaps you could ask Tom to post references here or let us know where his theory is written down in a structured form which may be easier to decipher.
If he hasn't written it down maybe it would be a good idea to do so on his FB page.

Tom is missing out/skipping over some crucial details but overall very interesting, as there was also a few things I wasn't aware of. subbed.
Two Tapas employees, Joaquim Batista and Starikova Vitorino, made police statements on 4th May 07 that claim Gerry was missing for about 30 minutes from the restaurant and when he got back everyone left the table except an older lady (Dianne Webster). That is certainly different from the Tapas crowd story.
Well done for leaving the comments turned on Roberta. Anyone going over to Tom's channel will find challenging anything Tom has to say is completely out of the question. That's exactly what the McCanns do and they are a couple of fraudsters which makes you wonder about Tom.

Disgusting lot! No words. How can they sleep at night. The Jez story messed up the plan. I always thought it was him heading somewhere to put her in a crevice close to water. None of them will give a hint or even admit something. To look her siblings straight in the face and not tell, can also be hard to believe. By now they know. To drag them these lies? Surely one day they will put the lot together. They do have these brilliant scammers as parents.

Ah, “typed timeline a week later”? So not a ‘secret’, a request from the PJ. We know the pics weren’t printed in the Ocean Club, it was the girlfriend/boyfriend of an employee. Can’t listen to anymore. You can hear in his voice he thinks he’s the first person to read the PJ Files & mixed it with myth.

This man has simply stolen work from researchers who have been working on this case for 15 years.
The Timeline “found in Kate McCann’s possession” is a lie.
The Cadaver dog hit outside was very weak. No serious researcher gives it any credence, nor do the PJ.
There is no doubt the McCann’s are guilty of hiding Madeleine’s corpse but this story of pure fantasy. I challenge ’Tom’ to reference this second ‘secret’ timeline anywhere in the PJ Files.
Btw Tom. Where did Jerry leave the body if your ‘evidence’ is correct?

I dont doubt for one minute the McCanns are involved but personally I dont find this guy Tom convincing at all.

The fact that none of their friends were interviewed was proof enough of a conspiracy backed by being upper echelon. 1 day the guilt will get to one of the conspirators.

These two statements have always puzzled me.
Aofie Smith said she seen the man's face but could no longer remember it .Meaning if it was Gerry McCann something would have triggered her memory to indicate it was Gerry McCann.She also said the man was 20 to 30 odd years of age .What is strange I admit is unless this person is a hermit .Or he has no access to media outlets why he hasn't come forward .This man must know he carried a child that way at that time on that night .Unless of course he's no longer with us

I have been researching this case for the past few years and I must say, Tom, that your account of what happened that night fits the evidence almost perfectly. It had been obvious to me that it was a plan that went slightly wrong. The inconsistencies is their stories were a huge red flag and that combined with the dog evidence made it clear that they were lying. There is only one reason I can think of for why parents would lie about the details of a child going missing. You have studied the PJ Files in such detail, and have done the work the Portuguese police were stopped from doing. Well done.

i have wondered for a few years now if whatever happened, happened either one or two days before, i watched all Richard D Halls videos , read all the PJ files and i couldnt come to any other conclusion, its just my opinion and i doubt we will ever know the truth,
So all these people hatched a plan to cover up a death that happened while they were on vacation? That doesn't make sense. The only thing I can think of worse then having your child abducted and never finding out what happened is being accused of it for the rest of your life.
