Nothing new! There has been several teenagers solo sailed the pacific and Atlantic. I ran way for drunk parents in a 25’Cal cutter. Left Newport Beach and kept going west for 26 months. And reached Newport again. Then found out I was drafted, my parents had me declared dead. So the could get my inheritance.
Like I said, nothing new.
