  2. Percival Wrigley was a military intelligence agent and friend of Ian Flemming, he shared a lot of similar traits as James Bond. He was sent to different parts of the world, spoke multiple languages and was very clever in difficult situations. Yet it seems he was left out. I wonder if something happened between them. Percival spent time as a Japanese pow at Changi, along with my great grandad and many others, but not sure if they ever met, due to the size of the place.

  3. I'm something of an amateur student of WWII and the fact that Hoover ignored a British spy's tip off on Pearl Harbour is something I've never heard before – though I'm not surprised. Equally shocking is the fact that they named the FBI'S HQ after the renowned cross-dresser. Popov was the true hero that deserved such accolades.

(no, homosexuality is not illegal NOW, but it Used to be, and Herbie used it to the max to blackmail and destroy people; Herb also kept Einstein and Chaplin under surveillance, ffs, because they had links and were foreigners)
    No wonder some still argue that the top knew Hawaii will be attacked, and pretended not to know in order to use the successful attack as greater motivation to get into the war.
