Percival Wrigley was a military intelligence agent and friend of Ian Flemming, he shared a lot of similar traits as James Bond. He was sent to different parts of the world, spoke multiple languages and was very clever in difficult situations. Yet it seems he was left out. I wonder if something happened between them.
