I recently toured Portugal partly to assess the country for Golden Visa opportunities and more specifically to assess Mercan’s projects and their company. I came away impressed and comfortable with Mercan as a developer. If any current Mercan investors wish to comment on their experiences with the company and also on the projects they invested in that would be very welcome. Are the projects on schedule, on budget, etc? Has Mercan been helpful and responsive with Golden Visa issues?

After visiting and touring their office and projects, I personally would be comfortable investing with Mercan. My biggest concern at the moment is with Portugal’s SEF and the apparent lack of progress Golden Visa applicants are experiencing and until that gets rectified I would be very hesitant to pursue any means towards a Portuguese Golden Visa.
