We are in the middle of renovating our house in an abandoned Portuguese village. In this episode i continue on the rebuild of the shed to make it into a habitable room. In this second part we are going to cut open the wall to fit the new door. We planned also to do the window, but due to the heavy rain we only get to do the door. Duarte is also busy moving the roof tiles closer to the building site.. In the next episode we will open de wall for fitting the window and put in the framing to pour the concrete.
My name is Jasper and i bought a house in a Portuguese ghost town. Together with my dogs Zoey& Akira we show you the rebuild of our house en what it is like living the daily life in Central Portugal.

Hi to the handsome guy
That dust is a killer !! The silica in it is just as bad as asbestos . A very nasty way to go ? Interesting little project ..LOL
I like your coffee mug, better than your plastic cups, haha
🌟👍🍀💐
The rain can get a bit depressing sometimes.
Man man man💪🙏
Lots of work but wear protection

If the weather would cooperate, you would be on schedule! Get a couple of days of sunny weather, you will catch back up. Keep pushing, you will get there.
Bye guys, see you on the next vid. 🍻🍻 cheers
You are looking a lot happier lately. So glad for you. I love your renovations, PUT A DUST MASK ON AND BUY ONE FOR DWIGHT. There are a lot of 'grandmas' like me out here wanting to look after your health.
Hi Jasper and D. Loved your tile dance moves. Like your dad your a hard worker. Nearly another job ticked from your list. Weather is not always a kind friend. Though the lighter nights will be coming in, thanks for the video. See you both tomorrow.
so super for you to have your son helping you! He is so motivated and is also doing a great job ❤
I will send some fine weather your way…🙏
Nice a helper, very good. Your mini rebuild is a lot of hard work.🤔 good luck.👍
Dynamic duo Working together on a project!Mother nature is causing a little problem for you but hang in there and stay dry! Cheers from Las Vegas☀️ just sent you sunshine☀️☀️
Thank you!
You need to adopt that kid Jasper. He's a good worker and does funny photo bombs. Hahaha. Wishing you better weather.♥️
Hi, Not to be a Safety Sally, but, Safety glasses for both of you. All the Best
What a great way to make memories with your son. A teaching time and a let's have fun time too. He is a great worker .
I love watching!
Dry cutting with the angle grinder requires adequate dust breathing protection. Wear a dust mask, N95 minimum or a cartridge type. Also, that big angle grinder needs a FAT extension cable to deliver the amperage required by the motor of that thing or it will end its life early. Other than that good stuff.
Rain…sometimes you love it and sometimes you don't…hang in there – this too shall pass.
Not bad. This young man is doing his "makarena" while helping Jasper!🤣🤣 Way to go.
