Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry that happened to all of y'all's belongings. I would be so mad .. I hope that the mover pays for everything that was broken , but I bet he won't. Wow..what a bummer! Can the company be held accountable at all or is the guy you tried to work with the owner? When things go wrong, bad or indifferent I start to count my blessings. Maybe this will help a little. Stay safe over there! Hope the hot weather and fires are calming down.

That was a realy bad experience! Covid and bad movers.
You can't change the damage that they caused. But i hope you can get some of your money back someday. I hope I'm never going to meet such a person or company when moving.

So there are jerks in the Netherlands just like in America. We had our stuff stored for 4 months while we looked for property in another state. When they brought our stuff, all of my shoes were gone and all of our Christmas things. We had sold 75% of our things, so the stuff we had left were really important to us. So sorry to see you go through this.
