After traveling to every country in the world, here are my 5 LEAST FAVORITE countries based on my own personal travel experiences.

I was hesitant to make this video because of the potential negative feedback I’ll get – but I’ve always been honest and transparent from my travels, and I feel like this kind of storytelling needs to be told.

And by the way, I DO NOT HATE any of these countries.

Travel is very subjective (based on one’s own personal experience) and there are many variables that can make or break your trip — such as the weather, your health, your mood, who you meet, what you eat, and the things you do.

So all things considered, here are my 5 least favorite countries in the world (Djibouti, Chad, Guinea, Brunei and Guyana). I’d love to hear from you – have you been to any of these nations? What are your least favorite countries?

  1. Thanks for watching and for your comments! I’ve realized that I accidentally showed the Guinea Bissau flag instead of Guinea – my bad! Have a lovely Sunday and I’ll see you guys next week 🙏

  2. Hi Drew! I just found your YouTube channel and I love it. Twenty years ago I traveled in Yemen extensively and the people were just wonderful- so warm and friendly. The Islamic call to prayer is music to my ears. I will follow your channel for more delightful armchair travel!

  3. This White Jew hate Black people so much, not even North Korea is on the list! From a Jew I expected mostly Middle Eastern countries on the list. Keep that White hate alive bro! 😂

  4. Thank you for this insightful video Drew. I helps to know how things are in certain place where someone you know has actually been and have video documentation as evidence.

  5. I don't understand why white Americans would call the police for a "strange lonely black dude" taking pictures of kids in their local mall, but feel in another planet when going to Africa and finding out the locals don't like the idea of a "strange lonely white dude" taking pictures of their children. What is that? 🤔🙃

  6. L GUYANA IS THE BEST
    L+ratio+double ratio+shots fired+no bitches+no boyfriend+no girlfriend+no husband+no wife+no partner+no significant other+mid+press shift to run+Guyana solos+you fell off+counter ratio+Guyanas better then you+jobless /j

  7. I heard supposedly non-Muslims should not be allowed to enter mosques at all because it is assumed they eat pork and they bring contaminated smell with. I think the only reason you got kicked out is because you do not look like them

  8. Favorite – india , pakistan ,iran ,nepal ,rwanda,Syria, norway, philippines
Least favourite- thailand ( beautiful country , but yeah it has become too touristic that authorities behaviour was too rude to me ) ,

  9. Heartbreaking video. I have been to a few countries where I had some difficult moments, like an extreme bribery experience with threatening customs officials in 1996 in Bulgaria, and a dangerous possible kidney theft on an overnight train in Serbia that same year. But never was my entire trip ruined , not even in the DDR in 1982 when the police tried to arrest me, or in Burma in 1986 when I had to bribe members of the army to trade some items I smuggled in on the black market (cigarettes, pens, aspirin, Scotch and US Dollars mostly). In fact , Burma became one of the favorite trips of my life (unlike Bulgaria and Serbia). I actually felt more in danger in my hometown of Chicago than I ever have in a foreign city. So, it breaks my heart a little to hear about your difficult and frightening time in places like Chad. However, I think that the World has become more dangerous rather than less since I did most of my traveling. Few tourists were kidnapped back then and I don't recall anyone getting their heads sawed off. So maybe you were right to be wary. I have never been to Chad myself, but Frankly, it doesn't sound like it's worth the risk.

  10. U visited Brunei. Amazing people, super clean country and other thing were amazing. Women run like in Europe, no burka, just sport gear. I am Romanian. I will revisit Brunei.
