I probably missed serving in Vietnam by just under 2 years. I turned 17 and 3 weeks later i enlisted. All my friends and Supervisors were ex-Vets from Nam. I was one of the last people to receive the Vietnam education bill status. Prior to Jan01, 1977. And i never used it as i retired from the Air Force.
