Could you maybe in your podcast or her on YouTube talk about struggling with the idea of growing and the body changing because of a bad image of yourself and body. I struggle a lot with body dysmorphia and it makes me have a hard time with growing, getting bigger, gaining weight, I would love if you could talk about if you had any experience with this because I just feeel anxious a lot. Maybe you haven’t experienced exactly this but maybe just changing your body/ gaining weight, and how you dealt with it without feeling bad etc. love ya!❣️
