I have to pay an application fee and I don't seem to understand how to pay. I've been communicating back and forth with the school and I'm told I could only pay using a credit card since I'm outside Portugal. I have a deadline of 4th July to make this payment. please what can I do?

There is note stated that if you are applying from outside EU that you are not eligible
