With a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea, Asprolithos Villa was designed to reflect the simplicity and aesthetic of traditional Greek design. Constructed of locally sourced stone, each of the three villas has been whitewashed to maximise the reflection of light and heat. Each of the villas is connected to the other by large outdoor communal areas, surrounded by a contrasting raw stone wall. Inside, the 40 square metre spaces have been divided into zones by raising the living area, and recessing parts of the kitchen. The villa’s built-in sofa allows the area around it to function as additional storage, while also doubling as a small desk. Throughout the villa, the focus is always looking out towards the sea. Creating a calm relaxing environment as you move from zone to zone.

  1. Kamikoto knives are not quite a scam…. or are they.

I received them within the time frame that they send they would. From there everything went from ok to bad. Non-existent customer service, turned up in broken boxes and although they said they would pay for all UK customs right up tom the door they didn't, when I then emailed them to ask them to pay the customer service team went quiet on me.

Fast forward a few months. I have now been slapped with a debt collection charge of which they said time and time again they would pay…. they haven't. I have been now had to pay a bill which has mounted up to more than what the knives were worth in the first place..

    Save yourselves the hassle.

    Hope this helps

  2. I agree with most of the criticism and i missed another Table. There was only one in the shared area for 2 or 3 houses with up to 4 people each. How does that make sense? Then at least the breakfast counter should fit 4 people. :/

  3. It is a small summer house about which my husband and me think as our New house after many years on our ship on the sea. No much work, no many obligation about house… Super. With some small change in a project It is ideal summer house for us. I will be free to contact arhitect .

  4. Really like this summer home. I can stay there for a month or so and love each day.

I love the color of natural wood combined with white, so I would have asked for the beams and the pergola retain their natural color. I also would like my bath to be private so I'd ask for a sliding door or smth, and I'm also worried about water splashing all over the place

  5. Pretty place, but doesn't seem like 40 sqm – looks smaller. Also it is clearly place for short stays… Wouldn't call it villa and that "pool" doesn't make sense – I would change it for jacuzzi – there is just enough space for that

  6. This is obviously a holiday home, but the bathroom is not actually very private and you wouldn't want to hang your clothing next to a kitchen that was in use, but this seems completely designed for Airbnb consumers who will probably eat out every night. Just the bathroom seems a big fail. Also after exploring all day, a comfortable living space would be more desirable than the bench sofa they have.

  7. very very nice VILLA! for get away a few days🙂 I wonder if this layout n design can be put in a real apartment🤔🧐 a higher bedroom and that work table is a highlight for me…as for the shower? well…make it a higher doff glass door😁

  8. Where is the oven? On holidays with different families, they love to cook generous meals together, but I am sceptical if this works with that kitchen.
Of course there is the fireplace outside but you would have to have magnificient weather which in most of the time is the case in Greece in the summer, but not always.

  9. So a pull out bed to accommodate extra guests. Consider the scenario of those extra guests having to visit the toilet during the night. So, not only do they have to traipse by your bed but also use a facility not separated from your private sleeping space. Just…. no.
