Every area looks very stunning and welcoming. I like it, especially because of the general modernist style you chose. The balcony part is luxury OmG; It looks like the perfect space to chill with friends on a Friday night and share drinks and snacks under the moonlight. <3 My wife and I tried to furnish our small balcony with an LC3 Sofa from Manhattan Home Design but we took the measurements wrong and when we saw that it barely fit there, we decided to use it better in the living room and fill the balcony, instead, just with some accent chairs. 😂😂😂

Love your decor sense. But the deep sofa thing is for young women who like to lounge completely on top, like kids on a bed. That couch makes it impossible to sit on, unless you gather throw pillows and build them up behind the 4-5/inches between your back and the sofa back. FAIL.

If you wall mount tv, it opens the space up. Drop in artwork screensavers or a digital or analog clock from YouTube. Now the tv which is nice becomes stylish decor

Where did they put the black box (don’t know it’s called) for the sound bar?

It's a clean apartment. But that's all there is to the place. The art work is really bland. It looks like a 3 star hotel room you'd book for a day when you are out for work in another city. The flower decoration next to the TV is really bad, could have added a green fake plant instead.

It's clean but not a lot of personality.

I have an amazing apartment and tried to give it the luxury condo look but didn't come close to making it actually look that way.

I really like the slide door between living room and balcony, the space has very flexible uses.

I’d put a narrow shelf or shallow cabinet over the entry outlet-for charging station, keys, bag, wallet, maybe hooks under for a jacket or two, then art above maybe. Add a timber shelf to extend the timber wall box in the kitchen so it’s not just a spot on an empty wall, add character with sofa cushions, add runner or other rug in office, and closed storage for office equip. and supplies, outdoor rug on patio, might need to swap side of barbecue to avoid traffic jam. Lose dried plants along bed due to dust. Dark background behind tv. Great base, but needs personalization.

With the tv seeing as it looks to be with minimal bezels. You can actually have it so that when it’s not in use a lovely art piece is always on the screen and it could be one the ties in with the hallway art

I know the tv was gifted, but seeing as they spent a lot on this apartment, get a samsung frame tv and put a nice picture on it. no more black hole. I like your energy though and nice to see non ikea furniture. the outdoor chairs were cool

Bbq on balcony is silly….when cute kitchen is 3 m away plus carrying food over the room and back is silly again. Dried flowers are never a good fortune.

LOVEE the decor, but anyone else stressed that they are wearing shoes whilst installing the furniture and flooring. Maybe its just me lol – but usually on projects, we always wear shoe covers when we are at this final stage of laying and arranging new furniture. No hate here, just my OCD and personal preference 😊

I love your ceiling to floor curtains. I have a wall of a similar size and am wondering if you recall how wide the curtains were when bunched up to one side. Asking because I am trying to estimate if I would have enough wall clearance next to the window for a sheer linen curtain to be bunched up with a similar track system.

Hmmm. You know your brief re owners however can see bbq splatter all over that 2 seater cushioned outdoor setting being so close to the bbq in no time at all. Not functional imo. Tough outdoor space to work with thou.

Furniture were nice, color scheme was a bit redundant. Too much earthy tones. I may suggest adding some vibrant colors to add more touch. Like a pink vase on table, some colorful paintings etc. nonetheless, its amazing.
