House with fabulous views near Alvorge Central Portugal €470,000

The street view of the house from the air, you can see the fabulous views from the back end of the house. These views are visible from all of the windows and the balconies. This video is a little bit long, but it is a large house and worth exploring if you want a newly built house that you can still influence.
Okay, so slightly unusually, I’m going to come down into the drive
area, and I’m going to enter the house through the garage, which I don’t usually do. As you can see, the house is unfinished, and we need to work out which rooms are which so we have the garage you come to a hallway, stairs leading to the first floor.
To the right, as you come out of the hallway, you enter a lounge area; it’s a big lounge. I will walk to the end to show you what the views are like, which are impressive.
Back in the hallway and directly opposite the garage entrance, a room is set up with bathroom pre-installation; this could be a luxury bathroom, or you can create a small ensuite.
There is a family bathroom from the hallway and to the left of the garage entrance.
Opposite the bathroom is a large bedroom again with those fabulous views.
At the end of the hallway, there is a large area preinstalled for a kitchen. However, it is so large that an open plan kitchen diner is the most likely outcome. There is also some charming ceiling detail about to go in.
After we go up the stairs, a landing area immediately leads to a huge open plan kitchen, living room, diner. This room will also benefit from attractive ceiling details and those exceptional views. They are, of course, even more, impressive from upstairs.
Back onto the landing, we immediately have another huge bedroom, most of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and this one is no exception.
The next bedroom is ensuite and is also very well sized. Have I mentioned the views yet? Wow!
Across the landing is a family bathroom, next door to this bathroom is another large bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
There is a smaller room just next door which could be either a bedroom or study.
The last bedroom is also big and has built-in wardrobes; while this side of the house does not have the same spectacular views, the outlook is pleasant enough as this is a lovely neighbourhood.
