New Season, SAME OLD MISTAKES at Man United | WKND Recap #1

Erik Ten Hag was given a rude awakening – or perhaps a rude introduction into the nightmare that is Manchester United right now – as they fell 2 – 1 at home to Brighton in their Premier League season opener. That, and plenty of coverage from the Bundesliga, Liga Portugal and Ligue 1, including Messi’s bicycle kick goal vs Clermont!

  1. Ha ha long may united's misery continue. Their fans were the most arrogant in world football but things have changed in the last 10 years, now they're the most deluded fans. Most fans are loving the pain, the media can't believe how far they fell and try to keep them relevant by overhyping any whiff of positive news. 😛🤣😄😝👍.

  2. The Weekend recap returns for another season. Here we go.

    MANCHESTER UNITED 1-2 BRIGHTON
Well, it's the same old Manchester United. New manager, new season but the same mistakes remains. Ten Hag is doomed to fail if he thinks McFred can make the top 4 and Bruno is very erratic with his passing once again. Now we about to sign Rabiot and Arnautovic. How embarrassing. It's going be a long season again. Credit to Brighton for the win.

    WEST HAM 0-2 MANCHESTER CITY
Haaland does what Haaland does. Scoring goals for fun and against West Ham it was no different with a brace. Can City finally win the Champions League with Haaland this time?

    EINTRACHT FRANKFURT 1-6 BAYERN
Bayern starts the Bundesliga with a win. Bayern will likely win their 11th straight Bundesliga again.

  3. I hate the fact the players looked like they completely forgot what they learnt from EtH during pre-season and went back to last season's habits EtH looked so dejected and genuinely sad and betrayed during post match press conference.

  4. The thing about Chelsea is that we hadn't won there in the past 5 years and we're playing against a team who has Lampard as their manager, so they know a bit more about our player weakness's
We've travelled a lot for pre-season, so I think you will get a better gage on where Chelsea stand against Spurs, as have a whole week to rest and bed in a few more players that haven't quite settled yet
