I've been to Copenhagen, Paris, and Mexico City and loved all three. Paris was my favorite.
Honestly, I am astonished that you are not in the high 100k range by now; your information is instrumental in turning my life around from paycheck to paycheck.
I've been to half of that list. Everyone I know that's been to Lisbon loves it and wants to move there. Speaking of Woodstock I assume that was Woodstock NY. My first buy was supposed to be a cheap modern single-family in Woodstock for $235k the seller pulled a fast one and backed out. That was in 2014. The same house was on the market this year for $700,000. Actually, I stand corrected it closed this year for $758,000.
I'm going to keep saving, I'm going to sit down with my wife and plan the next year out should we hire etc
Think I’ve only been to one of those cities

Zero of those, will add them to the list of places to visit when my wife and I are financially free

Mike! your daily financial news is awesome! I am getting ready for next year by: 1 – filling my sales pipeline at work. 2 – saving like a madman for a great deal. 3 – looking at my buy box everyday to learn the market, so I know what a great deal is when it comes up and buy a duplex!
Michael, what are your thoughts on buying a primary home in the Tampa, FL area? Would you buy now before rates go up too much more or rent for a while to see if good deals come up in next 6-12 months? Knowing when to buy (if it cashflows) or when not to buy (if it doesn't cashflow) a rental property seems so much easier than how to figure out when to buy my own house lol. Thank you!!

3 of 10. Have traveled the world extensively. Honestly not feeling any desire to hit the other 7 cities on this particular list. Western European destinations were wallet busters prior to the USD getting strong so I always leaned East Asia.

I’m from Canada, I’m actively reading content specific to the Canadian market and I wanted to share with you an analysis made by the Bank of Canada regarding the trigger rates. I remember you talked about it a few weeks/months ago, now we have more data!
I can’t seem to be able to share the link as YouTube is blocking the URL, the analysis has been shared on November 19. It shouldn’t be difficult to search online. It explains the trigger rates, the amount of people impacted/that will most likely be impacted and explains what happens when the trigger rate is reached.

FINALLY in a position to get into the ORAAT program. I expect to officially get on the learning curve by the end of this week. What are your thoughts on buying points to start off with a lower interest rate from the outset on mortgage financing. As long as I have been watching, I don't recall that getting addressed so I am curious about that.
