  3. Hi Miguel! Thank you for the much needed presentation of Marques de Pombal's pioneering role in seismology. At 12:37, the old man coming towards you on the very narrow sidewalk did not seem to try to get closer to the wall to make room for you. His female companion did walk by the wall. How did you deal with that situation? Did you step off the sidewalk or did you manage to remain on it as the huge bus coming from behind passed by? A passenger car also coming from behind passed by you soon after the bus. When the passenger car's driver honked the horn, were you on the sidewalk or were you off it? That situation appeared to have been risky for you. Please be careful🙏

  5. so sad, i've been to Oeiras so many times and never saw any of this, my ex mother in law has a house in what used to be called Murganhal, Caxias, but was absorbed by Oeiras in 2013,, right near the prison hospital,, but we never traveled this area, it's beautiful so ty for showing me this

  25. I was in the historic part of Oreiras 3 weeks ago and shocked by the stream of cars driving through the narrow streets see example at 5:14. It should be closed off only to residents. The neighborhood will not be revived with those cars running through like this. Who wants to live there… we once had a virtual toor of an apartment there and so glad we didn’t end up moving there. Without the cars it would be awesome.

  30. Olá, Miguel! Assisti esse vídeo em três dias, acredita? Tanta coisa a fazer que não consegui assitir de uma só vez… Achei a cidade vibrante, muito movimentada, com toques do que aqui chamamos de cidade do interior, ou seja, cidade pequena, com predominância de casas e não de grandes prédios de apartamentos. Vi até uma porta parecida com a porta da minha antiga casa na minha cidade natal, Três Corações… Deu saudades… O vídeo é ótimo, as informações excelentes, mas o que eu mais gostei foi o atual morador do palácio do Marquês… Lindinho demais!
    Agora vou cuidar da minha mamãe e depois, se der, vou ao canal Zen Walks assistir ao vídeo que ele fez das luzes de Natal em Lisboa! Ele respondeu a um comentário que fiz em um vídeo mais antigo e me convidou para assistir a este vídeo. Faço o mesmo convite a você, embora ainda não tenha assistido.   34. Many years ago as a child Oeiras and Santo Amaro were my beaches, mother and I would take the Comboio from Lisbon to either beach, those were the days of " fun in the Sun " Miss those days, but in 2022 I shall return to my Fun in the Suuny Portugal.
