Old Saracen Tower On The Amalfi Coast With Sea Access For Sale | Lionard
Set into a rock dropping sheer down to the sea, this ancient 16th-century Saracen Tower is for sale in Maiori, one of the most exclusive areas of the Amalfi Coast.
This is truly a unique object standing between sky and sea, in a panoramic, high position less than a kilometer from the town center of Maiori, protected by a majestic chain of mountains: from here the view sweeps from the mountains to the charming town below, to then get lost in the infinite blue of the sea, offering one of the most picturesque views of the entire Amalfi Coast.
Built as a watchtower to defend this stretch of coast from invasions by the Saracens and pirates, who in past times attacked it by sea, this property has helped preserve the wonders of the Amalfi Coast, of which it is a splendid example.
Developed on the panoramic road from the coast to the sea, with exclusive access to a wonderful private platform with sun loungers, this estate is part of a natural setting of incomparable beauty, characterized by dense Mediterranean scrub. A true maze of paths crosses the 6,500-sqm park, arranged in terraces, along which the various living areas are located, including the Belvedere, the Canonica and the Saracen Tower. There are numerous other outdoor areas dedicated to wellness along this enchanting path, from the terrace with a jacuzzi tub overlooking the sea, to the sauna set in the rock, to the continuous succession of panoramic terraces, perfectly equipped for relaxation with benches and tables in Vietrese ceramics. A splendid swimming pool completes this exclusive leisure offer in front of breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast.

what a beautiful and fascinating property, not to mention the views and, above all, it is located in one of the most incredible places in the world, the Amalfi coast
привет моя дорогая и любимая Стефани безумно рад тебя видеть с твоим новым репортажем…ты как всегда обворожительна
Uhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm… where the kitchen at?
I mean, this property looks magical, and Stefanie in yellow is a work of art in her own right [wink], but I already blow way too much $$$ on delivery each month so I can't imagine living in place where it's a necessity rather than just my gourmand ass indulging a tad too much…
Nice
Some property in Amalfi itself?
CIAO BELLISIMA STEPHANIE 🎁🌴🌷🎶❤️🍀 NICE PLACE ! HAPPY I CHECKED IT OUT !!!! HUGS SALVE 😇🌹
Truly an amazing property. This is my new favourite. To have such incredible views and position would be amazing. Great presentation as always Stephanie. Thank you for sharing – Ciao!
I am moving to Positano – Amalfi next year. I can’t wait ❣️
It is a historic property that I would turn into an exclusive high end luxury restaurant that consists of various terraces with sea views, indoor and outdoor dining rooms. It could be a Mediterranean gastronomy fusion, a combination of the pizzeria, fish restaurant, and also including other various Mediterranean Cousine like an Arabic, a Turkish, a Greek, a Syrian, a Levantine, a Jewish, an Egyptian , a Libyan, an Algerian, a Moroccan, a Spanish, a French and an Italian Cousine specialties. The dynamic of the past was to watch and protect the Amalfi area from Saracen (Arabic or Muslim) invaders. But the dynamic of the present is a mass tourism, both kind of tourists, one that are coming directly from the land and another from the sea (tourists from the luxury boats and yachts). The property is also accessible from a boat by a dingy or a small vessel. The tourists or a gastronomy freaks would be immersed in history through a magic location, terraces, a tower, a cave, nature, and the panoramic sea views. Simultaneously they would be served with the best Neapolitan pizza in the world, a fresh barbecue fish, and also with an assortment of famous Oriental Arabic and overall the best Mediterranean healthy diet food.
The restaurant would also include rooms named "L'Amore" and "I'll Viaggio in Italia" two famous films directed by Roberto Rossellini on the Amalfi Coast and Maiori during the late 40s beginning of 50s of the last 20th century.
About Stephanie: She finally folded hair to show us her beautiful face in the full picture for the first time. What a hot summer day could bring us even more 🌞😉😀👙🧜🏽♀️🏊🏼♀️🤽🏻♀️🚣🏻♀️ maybe she would be coming from a luxury yacht, swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing on a rocky property historic beach. Or maybe she is an angel 🧚🏼♀️ flying directly from one of Rossellini’s Neo Realist Italian films. Yeah 😀😉👸🏻, but it is just an old Saracen Summer dreaming movie 🎞😴🌙🌞directed by Roberto Rossellini 😴 🎥🎞📽 Maiori Tower: 1001 Arabic Saracen Nights 🌙🌌🎇🌠🌃🌙 would be the name of the restaurant 😀😉🤡😀🍷👸🏻❤️🇮🇹😉😘😘😘
So…. No kitchen? What are the access possibilities by car? Any parking?
Distance between the structures?
How many steps down to the water?
Possibility for mooring?
Zoning permissions for the property?
So many things unanswered by this postcard video. 🤷♂️
The cicadas make it sound like the mountains of North Carolina.
Very beatiful indeed, also the property 😛
Unique 👏👏👏
the home does not appear to have a kitchen? Beautiful views- and great for developing strong legs!
Ah, cicadas. The bane of audio engineers everywhere.
sorry please explain its demand is 1.2m or 12m?
Truly amazing and unique property. My favourite by far. Although am slightly disappointed by the interior of the building. Was hoping for something more rustic.
WOW, you certainly showcase some unique properties.
That would do well as a rental property.
Not to sure about child friendly but I love it and the outdoors spaces are absolutely stunning.
What is the noise in the back ground? Birds?
All the best Stef
Arrivederci 😉
This is a perfect hideout property…those Mediterranean views are worth everything 😍. ..more Amalfi coast sea view villas please. Much love to mesmerizing Forever crush Stefanie
I know the owner of a 12 million property probably wouldn’t be making their own meals, but is there a kitchen? This sounds more like a small hotel than a home. Interesting though – thanks for sharing.
Certainly an unique property. It seems it's set up for holiday letting with ensuite bathrooms?
I think for €12M you would want some income 😏
Stefanie looking gorgeous as usual in her sun dress 🥰
Стефани, вы не перестаёте удивлять!
Потрясающее место!!!
Hermosa …digo también l propiedad..pero como es el acceso para llegar a la torre desde la calle y como subes hasta la cima. No vi la cocina…saludo
08/09/2022 As ever Stephanie you are looking charming and the property is not too bad either. You show it as being a Saracen tower so does that mean it was built by them or by the locals as a lookout? The Amalfi Coast is one of the most beautiful places in Europe and I would love to wander around there again! I have a $100 AUD for a deposit does that make the sale to me?😃
No kitchen? lol
I’m very interested but the place has no kitchen? Thank you Stefanie this is a rare gem.
This channel shines brightest in the coast of Almafi. An exceptional property.
This is fun! Beautiful nature, great climate and a tower that is… well, fun. Great combination.
So many details to admire. I would add wooden floors in the bedrooms. Would a trampoline near the water be a silly idea?
You and Romolini have the best property tours in YouTube, very high class.
Absolutely Beautiful property ❤️ 😍
It’s a gorgeous, unique location and it looks so peaceful, not minding the cicadas of course, I wouldn’t want to leave that place, because of the views at the exceptional spots like the cave or the amphitheater, but also the tranquil walkways.
The music is a nice match, at around 6:25 I think it’s an arrangement to a piece by Yann Tiersen, Comptine d’un autre été: l’après-midi.
She is more beautiful without make up!!! Looking fresh!!! Like a morning sunshine
What an amazing property and structure. Next to Lake Como, the Amalfi Coast is Italy's most beautiful region. The town of Ravello, which is close by, is a treasure. Pretty deceiving, the exterior antiquity and the beautiful interiors. Stefanie, with your great dress, you should have had a glass of Limoncello in hand for the tour! Terrific as usual, thanks to you and Lionard!
