It would Take years to remove the seeds ,it is better to take them to the out side Press factory and they would make olive oil out of them in few minutes and they would jus take a few litters for themselves as the cost of the labour …

Personally I don't bother pitting them even for curing.
I think that press is too small for the task. It might help to cut the olives into halves and de-seed them with a knife. Then repress the first pressings to extract more oil and so on. Just like shop bought oil.
Them darn olives are a tricky thing. The by-product is same damn good.
When I open a can of olives they aren’t all always completely in tack so don’t despair. You can still cure the ones that weren’t pitted exactly right. 😊

I suspect that pitter is for cherries, not olives.
Here is the key to doing that mundane chore. You are an adult beverage, put on good soft music, recruit a friend or several and get busy. I used to do that with my family and grandmother with snap peas. Good times.

🤔🤔Isnt the Öil into the Stones? With your child tool press you should stoned the Olives and crack the stones bevore pressing. The old olive Presses work with gib round Stones who crack the stone and press the oil out. You onla produces Olive juce 🤣🤣
Gosh Jasper, that small press seems like a lot of work. But it’s your first time so it doesn’t hurt to try it. Maybe a bigger harvest next year and you can go to where they press it for you. I’ve seen a couple channels that have sprayed for the olive flies to get a better harvest. See you next video.
