So the roof is finally finished, what a great achievement for both of you. That is one hard and tiring job. i love your choice of material for the roof. It is used all the time in NZ for roofing (called long run roofing iron here) i like the look of the boards for the outside cladding. I think they will kind of blend in with the landscape. How lovely of Louise to come and help you. I am glad she did. She is kind of like the expat gypsy helper that wanders around Portugal helping other expats. Just need to say hello to "The Boyz" Mason busy as usual and Gruff away relaxing. Sindy I cannot let this posting go by without making mention of your comment to Dan thanking him for completing the roof. You are so sweet and kind. Another great week love the metal roof I have one on my garage but planners won’t approve one for house roof…….love Louise’s page great to see her traveling to different areas…….she has also made many friends and revisits then to help out…….community spirit at its best x
