Hi James, thanks for the introduction and overview of your properties, you do have a lot of work cut out but you can see the potential for how nice it could be once done. I would call it a courtyard and maybe there is a local Portuguese word for it too. Look forward to seeing your other jobs as you do them.

Nice to hear your voice, you and Cristina are usually very quiet in your brother’s videos and in yours as well.
