What a fun project! Wish I had the money to bring it back to life. The location is wonderful and the small courtyard could be turned into something really special. Also thank you for the tour in part of the city. Merry Christmas!

It has a lot of potential for sure, but I'm afraid besides the basic stuff (changing the entire roof and doors/windows) if one would decide to do a proper renovation (level the floors, knock some walls to change the interior layout so you'd have a kind of open space and at least 1 modern bathroom/floor, etc) the risk of becoming a money pit is a bit too great. But for sure I would love to see someone taking that risk and turn it again in to a beauty.
