Hi Jasper, the sun is re- charging your batteries. Short runs with the girls is good for you, walking you sound a lot better. Glad you have help this week you'll achieve a lot. Good news on your video editor, he'll enjoy your place and has the girls for company. Suggest a wall desk, folds away when not in use.shade sail, to help keep him cool. Your so right making a to do list and ticking each item off when done. Makes for better time management. Sorry that matters of the heart have changed. Time for a heart rest and clarity. Jasper are you planning on adding a veranda or some such? Big windows give more light, but also more heat in summer. They were not just build small due to budget. So plan on a way to keep the sun i.e. heat out in summer
