This project is literally almost done/ people are homeless so please the government need to put money into this to complete

Who builds 1000 apartments in the middle of no where. There is no water, electricity, sewage systems, hospital, shopping center, police station and market. Are we sick? Having lived at the Sakumono SSNIT Flats. There is the Royal Trivoli apartments that were a partnership between a foreign investor AND SSNIT. These apartments are UNFINISHED AND 90% vacant. Just like Borteyman SSNIT.

Your planning and housing agency is not planning very well. You BUILD in PHASES! And when you are a percentage filled, you start the next phase. You don’t construct all these buildings and then no one living there.

Then, you need to have a homeowners association that takes care of the common area, not having people cut grass with Machetes. 😂

Just like Eagles Nest in Sakumono Estates built by Regimanuel. They have this community that is virtually EMPTY. they are asking $600,000 US DOLARS for homes in this PUD. Yet they’ve been sitting empty for years. They wall that is enclosing is chipping and rusting. Just a bunch of waste. Sakumono has one establishment and a very dirty and littered beach. How are you selling for 600k?
