For us, Portugal is by far the number 1 country in Europe for quality of life. With months of sunshine and the most beautiful beaches without huge crowds. In this video we take a picnic to Foz Do Arelho, a truly underrated and undiscovered destination, and talk about how fantastic it feels to live on the Silver coast and raise our child there.
Moving country is very challenging, but we don’t regret moving to Portugal at all. We feel it is perfect for the young family, or people ready to retire cheap and live well in a European country.
Travel in Portugal is easy too and there is so much beauty compacted into short distances. Combine that with the low cost of living and you have the perfect recipe!
