Once I get TCR on D3 visa and bring wife and son as dependents to Portugal, what will be process for their TCR

I will be coming to Lisbon in July 2022 and after my TRC, my wife and 3 year old son will follow. Do I need to plan son's school admission well in advance?

1. I read somewhere that Portugal pays 13 salaries in a year. If it is true, could you please explain how does it work.

If my annual gross salary is X euros, my monthly salary will be X/12 or X/13

2 Also kindly explain NHR tax regime.

I have employment offer form Portugal employer(Article 61 and 61-A). My employer also provided me IAPMEI (start up Tech visa document). I am in visa process in home country.

1. What will be process for TRC

2. How soon I can bring dependents to Portugal

3. Till the time I bring dependents, can I stay on sharing basis (to save money) or I have to stay at place which will sufficient for dependents

one of the requirements for a D7 visa is to have a lease agreement in Portugal before we submit the visa application. This is a big expense since consulates are taking a lot of time to process the visa, and we would have to pay the rent for every month. In my research, I found that it's also possible to showcase a declaration from a Portugal national that the visa applicant shall stay with him, and this declaration can be used instead of a lease. However I am not sure if this is possible or not. Could you please ask this question to the lawyer?
