It has been a very busy few weeks for us with lots going on at Quinta Fonte da Pipa.
We take you with us to a small museum in our village as part of our Portuguese language class.
Molly starts a new venture making wax scented melts and makes a batch of her home-made soaps.
Alex checks the fields he sowed for the goats and while reviewing the Security cameras from Blurams we caught a night time fox eating our fruit.
Blurams have given us a discount code for you giving 30% off.

It was great to see a tiny bit of the local village. You really are quite far away from the hustle an bustle up there! Can you find most things you need locally without a trip to Castelo Branco? Great video. 🐏
🥰🎂🍰
🤓l really enjoy your videos. There’s always variety and chances to see life in Portugal on and off your farm.
Molly's Melts has a lovely ring to it 👍Loved the museum and my high point your lovely 90 year old in the village with the best quote, when asked do you still drink wine "No, only when I eat". 🥰

Hi Alex,Molly and Mum. " Molly's Melts" sound amazing, good luck on your new venture. Mum like me puts things away safely. But sometimes it's too safe. You'll find it when your looking for something else. Glad everyone is OK. The cooler weather is helping the grass grow. A boar hunt is in order…..good meat as well. Stay safe guys, have a chilled weekend and a good week ahead.

What a very interesting village I would love to see that museum with all the information and stuff and I like history thank you for sharing
Best wishes with your new venture, Molly!
Did the javeli hoover up the seeds you sewed in your lower field? Glad you can now let the dogs out when your surveillance alerts you!
With a name like that you should be selling fudge 😊
Good luck 🤞 with the new venture, Molly!
Molly’s Melts is an Awesome catchy name. Thumbs up 👍🏻.
If you get more seed, I would still plant it (wild boar aside) as it will still have winter and spring to grow in.
Loved the video. 😊😊❤ 😊
🎉best of luck with your new venture Molly! Have you tried goats milk soap or olive oil soap making?🛁🧼🧽🫧
Learn, learn, learn. You folks are a marvel. Not just "come from aways" that isolate themselves from the community that has been there for so long. If you could only stop the 🦊🐷🐐 critters from learning.
Hi Molly, have you thought of making goat milk soaps? A local couple here in Ireland has been doing them for a nearly two decades and are selling really well. or else use your lovely olive oil as a base? I think a lot of people would prefer natural soaps. Best of luck with your new venture!
