  1. it is not abandoned it is a tragedy the owners were forced to leave the country to exile to survive others moved to the city , since the country joined European union the natives going into exile around the world

  2. You need to be careful with the dogs running loose as there are caterpillars that are known to cause a deadly disease for the animals and I the dogs should come in contact with them they will need immediate veterinary attention. Your videos are much appreciated and your son is so adorable.

  3. I love your boy. Great energy and spirit. I’d love to have property there but I’m not terribly wealthy. Saw the cutest property between Tomar and Coimbra. Not to expensive. This area you are at is gorgeous.

  4. This is a fantastic video. Thank you. I was one of those people who purchased in a village just outside of Figuerio dos Vinhos. I really wanted to buy something in a village with a descent garden for my children to run around and play. I didn't want a mortgage, I did find somewhere in Bracais but we do have to do a great deal of work on it. We are up for the challenge. But you are right the prices now are very inflated for basically a ruin. Keep posting, I belief you are local to me. Thanks again !!

  5. Hi… Maybe you could do a vid on how and what paperwork would be needed to live in Portugal now that the UK is 'out of europe' based on your experience.. I considered Portugal years ago, ended up in the US but still consider Portugal for a future option and as an englishman, any up to date knowledge would be a great help… TIA and all the best you you and yours
