Portugal Immigration Article’s 116, 37, 88, 89, 98 details ;
European long terms Residency Card holders can request under article 116 and European passport holders and their Non-EU family members can request under article 15 and 37 Moreover article 98.1 and 98.2 Family Members and If you plan to search Employment Or Business in Portugal that consist of article 88 and 89 even freelancers also request TRC under the same article in order to stay in Portugal with their family and get the passport in five years.
