But I did not know that my file is locked because I had just made Sagora Nisa from a man and he also locked the file and did not tell me and I was out of Portugal but I contacted on 1/11/2020 Was bought Six months later, the person from whom I bought the contract says that your file is already locked. Then I contacted the man who made my Sagura Nisa and then he gave me that email ID. So far, I have paid 17 taxes, so no email has come from SAFE. I also called sef and sef told me to go to tavira sef but when i went to tavira se sef then sef people said that your documents have been submitted in July 2021 let anyone know if there is any information
