Till this moment, the documents are:

1) Your birth certificate (with apostille and translation)
2) PCC (with apostille and translation)
3) Portuguese School Certificate (Level A2)
4) A copy of your kid’s Portuguese Birth Certificate
5) A copy of your kid’s Portuguese Citizen Card
6) Prove that you live in Portugal 5 years ago

I’m waiting for an answer from Conservatória to know the tax amount of this kind of nationality process.
