Hi, I can understand that people have all sorts of different reasons for listening in to the show, but for those of us who come for specific information and don't have 90 minutes to spare, could you possibly time stamp the start of the relevant section that's in the title, which is the reason some people come here (in the case of today's video, the migration segment)? That way, we can avoid the frustration of searching for the meat in the middle of all the gravy… 🥩🍛
@Rebel Mama. I got mine from fried eggs and toast… probably the eggs as they looked a little off. Sickest two days of my life.
@Women who walk podcast . Yikes! I agree. I got food poisoning at New Delhi airport after breakfast. Was rushed into the medical clinic by Emirates at Dubai airport. I lost 30 lbs by the time I transitioned through Heathrow and on to Toronto (2 days). To make matters crazier, there was a fire at Heathrow and I was in the last group of 5 to escape the terminal as they locked it down. I really like my bicycle now.
@James Thoughts from the Redwoods . Very helpful this morning James. The knowledge that the heart is also sentient explains many things we innately experience as 'spiritual' beings but often don't comprehend.
