This is a video of my house I have for sale in Portugal. I have taken 3 videos this is of the exterior of the property.

It is located in a sleepy peaceful village within touching distance of many popular tourist attractions. The historical market town of Fundao is less than 30mins away and the newely constructed Orvalho walk is a short trip down the road in the Naturtejo Geopark. If walking in the National parks is too energetic then go relax and sunbathe on the popular river beach of Praia Fluvial do Ourondo or Praia Fluvial Lavacolhos both just 15mins away. Tourist spots of barragem de santa luzia, Piscina natural do Paul, Cabeço do Mosqueiro Viewpoint and many other attractions all within 30 mins of the house make its location perfect.

The house itself has 8 rooms, 7 upstairs with one large basement plus a storeroom downstairs. It has a loft which you can stand up in and is floorboarded so plenty of storage room if needed. The large windows let in lots of light which show off the fantastic carved wooden ceiling. The garden at the rear of the house has stunning valley views and is completely private thanks to its elevated position. We have done a lot of renovation work and there is mains water and electric connected to the property but there is still work to do so I am advertising it as a house to renovate.
