Viewed this house on the 24th Nov 2021. The lawyer we had had said before putting an offer in ensure they have the relevent paperwork in place. The last piece of paperwork came through on Friday 17th Dec 2021 so i made an offer of what the owner wanted. The owner was due to go away the following Weds until mid Jan 2022. My Lawyer said come to the office on the Monday 20th Dec ( 3 days after putting in the offer) to sign deeds.
3 days to purchase this property!!!!!
