How to apply for Portugal TRC, Requirements, application procedure and documents required

Documents Required For Portugal TEC under Law 89.2

– Valid passport
– proof of legal entry into Portugal
– Photo white background
– Police clearance from Pakistan & other countries where you have lived more than 1 year
– NIF Number
– Open bank account in Portugal
– Interpol check by Portugal immigration SAF
– Proof of Address registration in Portugal
– Registration in social security Portugal
– Company registration & activity registration in social security

Processing Time: 2 years

Other requirements: you will have to pay 6 months tax in Portugal as legal resident. For those who are not legal they will need to pay 12 months tax to Portugal government.
