This house is more my speed as an older woman. I really like having a place that is mostly move in ready. Of course I realize that comes with the added cost. However once I would add in the cost and headache of upgrading a house that would need work this one could be a bargain. This house is a bit large but it is perfect in most other ways. I have a giant map of Portugal that is bigger than my dining room table. When I watch each of these videos I go to that map and try to get an idea where the property is and what is around it. The drone footage always gives me an idea of how the community feels. I could definitely see myself strolling the streets of this village/town.

Great place….I, of course, love the garage. I haven't seen a central vacuum system in awhile. They used to be very common in new builds. The secret bathroom is awesome. You could put a small TV in there and hide from the spouse!😆 As always, I appreciate the time you, Paula and Sarah put into making these property videos.
I find it strange that the kitchen is all the way in the back. It should have been connected to the living area

Beautiful house, wonderful grove of fruit trees in a just-right-size of garden — imagine having your own market fruit & veg items without having to go to a market!. The house has terrific features. Enjoyed the overhead view of the town, its amenities sound like there's just about everything you could ever need.

There is a discrepancy in the price. At 17:58 Paula says it's €155,000 but it's listed on her website at €159,000 (reduced from €165,000). There's deflation for you, in an era of high inflation!

At 11:40 the view out the window, with the tractor driving in the background and the old lady sitting in the bench, it all gave such a relaxing vibe, I wish to be able to move to a place like this and just enjoy life soon.
