Beijinos e abraços,
Carissa, Iwan, Frankie & Albi
Carissa, Iwan & Frankie decided one night over a bottle of wine that moving from North Wales to Portugal would be a good idea. Within a month they were on the road to Portugal to find the perfect piece of land to call their new home. We picked up Albi the cat along the way. Subscribe to follow our journey as we turn an old stone barn into our home, and learn the ropes of looking after a piece of land to make an abundant garden and one day, our very own winery.

❤️👍
Enjoy your new woodstove! It gives your home a cozy comfortable look and I'm sure it's making it feel cozy as well. I love that it has a cook top. 😍
We boil the kettle on ours for tea and coffee but our soup pot doesn't fit beside the chimney. Much better to have the chimney coming out the back!
If u can harvest the sun for solar heater it save time labor and money….!!!! Sun works
Yes getting better and better, and the cold 🥶 rainy climate in Portugal is not easy…nothing better then a fireplace❤
That stove wiil keep you nice and toasty in the cooler months and to be able to cook on it at the same time is great

Yes Nick is your Knight in shining armour everyone one needs a Nick.
1 thing I noticed you need to cut your logs a bit shorter it's not good for your health to have the door open for long as some trees give off nasty fumes. Enjoy the warmth
So happy for you both having your wood burner. Nick and Anj are great people. Nice to see Iwan's mom there too.
Well done u 2. Hope u are staying nice and cosy. How did the jam turn out? Blessings Philippa Australia
What would everyone do without Nick he's a hero to everyone everywhere!
