If you go on the website you linked for Prodentim in the bottom you can see they have a reference page linking to all the references supporting the probiotic ingredients. The 3.5 million CFU looks like a well tolerated amount of good bacteria. Originally I researched some side affects from taking oral probiotics because Prodentim is not the only one out there but seems to have more good probiotic cultures in comparison. One person mentioned SIBO but I believe this is for a overdose or very long period taking over maybe 100 CFU at one time. Would love to hear a doctors opinion on that one.

Same happened to me got the capsules. So these dissolve in your mouth then correct? I am familiar with probotics for the gut which you swallow. How long before I see results I have receeding gums now.
