Hi again I've just realised it's 30.000 euros but still a piss take like others commented no water ect ECT. Don't call you're self real estate when you don't even know all the details of what you're selling and please brush up you're English because it doesn't match with real estate ok good luck though.
PS I just saw the description you should of advertised land for sale and not farm .
Something is very fishy about this. his advertising a farm for sale for 30.000 pounds no buildings or stables or even a shed or A garage, any one can go on any baron land or forest with a drone and pretend selling , and there are a lot of cons on the internet doing the saaaaaame thing and where are the boundaries and how big is this land with no farm ,so please MISTER estate agent stop taking the piss as you are selling something on the international market and you're English is oooops very poor .so please don't think that people are that stupid.
