Beautiful land and setting. Without the neighbouring article the full potential, which is tremendous, cannot be realised.
I am assuming that the division through the centre of the ruined dwelling house, is the result of land and property being divided between historic family sibling heirs to earlier owners of a larger property and land holding?

That is a very interesting piece of land but the boundaries are a complete cluster and it is a total mess. If a person could amalgamate that land with the bordering lands it would make an awesome wilderness camp ground combined with an operating farm on the farm land. Pretty sad to see the land chopped up into almost unworkable chunks. Joao, you really need to slow down your camera movements, it creates a dizzying experience for the viewer and is almost unwatchable. Be well…/B

Bit pointless owing half a house that you can't restore. This is effectively just land. Sorry but that's just what it is.
I love all the terraces and the rocks, and will look amazing when the land is clean, but I suspect it will be challenging to sell when only half the building is part of the sale. Loved the drone footage, makes it so much easier to understand.
