  1. The animal call Tapir . They eat insect , mostly ant . You can search that, its also rare in malaysia cause the species is about to gone. For me its kinda cool animal haha

  2. It is an administrative city. Not many shopping places there. So not many people. About leaving personal belonging unattended, better be careful, theft may occur everwhere in the world. Some vending machines may be faulty. The animal is tapir, a real animal.

  3. Hey welcome to putrajaya, my new hometown. hope u enjoy your travels and stay here. I always Cycle around Putrajaya city here with my folding bike. I'm local here, me and my family started to moved and live in Putrajaya since 2012 from a mix-multiracial metropolitan city Subang Jaya. Been living here for 10 years now. In the beginning it was just only forest and empty lands, no night fun activities haha. it was super bored back then. Thank god they now build more buildings, malls and more activities to do now, still i wish they have more night activities like everyday Buskers performance, live shows etc.

  4. 35:40 the palace-like building with the green dome is the Prime Minister Office. Putrajaya is the government place, basically all the ministers office are at Putrajaya. It scattered all over Putrajaya. If you notice the word Kementerian at the buildings in Putrajaya, it means Ministry. Different Ministry got different cool looking building for instance Ministry of Higher Education.

  5. The Parliament building is in Kuala Lumpur near the National Monument / Lake Gardens….

The reason they moved the administrative capital is basically Malaysia has one of the biggest Civil Service is Asia… so moving the Civil Service and Foregin Service Community out to Putrajaya helps to alleviate the traffic in Kuala Lumpur…

Then they fixed Public Transport in Kuala Lumpur. They moved the Malls out of KL, if you see all Housing Estate / Area will have their own Mall / Business Park, School, Religious and Government Health facilities and then They built LRT / MRT to improve connectivity.

  6. The building near the mosque with green dome is actually Prime Minister Office.

Putrajaya was designed to cater to government administration when it was getting congested in Kuala Lumpur.

I like hearing you saying good things about the place , the plannings, and culture. In your video about the bad airbnb owner, that doesn't represent a true malaysian.

  7. Nice to see u guys enjoyed the beautiful Putrajaya.. Actually Putrajaya is very big and much more to explore, u guys can find out where the locals hang out n you will see more attractions, also Putrajaya is much more beautiful at night 🌙

  8. Putrajaya is the brainchild of our ex premier Tun Mahathir. "Putrajaya" is named after the Father of independence, Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al Haj, who was a prince from the state of Kedah. Putrajaya is literally translated to "successful prince". Tun Mahathir also hails from Kedah. Tun Mahathir is a visionary leader, 15-20 years ahead of time. He already could imagine KL would be jam packed and would be a big trouble for people to deal with government offices. KL was often flooded during monsoon season or heavy rain. So he created Putrajaya to be the administrative capital so KL will continue with commercial activities. Now Indonesia will follow suit, relocating the capital to Kalimantan. But the population of Putrajaya is only around 90,000 people and most of them are government workers. You could hardly see people loitering around and rather boring 😁
Lovely video as always, keep it up!

  9. It’s typical Sunday in Putrajaya. Most of residents in Putrajaya are governments servants. They tend to either stay at home or going to the malls during the day since it’s hot outside. You can find more people during early morning and late afternoon from 5pm onwards. Before COVID, there were huge crowd of tourists everyday. Tourism industry is slowly recovering, but wilI take some time to reach back to its peak like before.

  10. I do not know why visitors from outside would visit that boulevard, there's not much to enjoy there. I would have recommended the botanical garden, putrajaya wetlands (if you enjoy glamping you can overnight there) or even saujana hijau. And if you stayed the night you might want to visit the Shangri-la herbal garden (that's what i used to call it, i do not know what they call it now since Shangri-la is no longer there, but you can see the staircase going to the garden from the boulevard) to see colorful lights hanging from the trees & replicas of inscription stones somewhere in that garden.

  11. Putrajaya is administrative city. Not much chaos.

But then google best tourist attractions in putrajaya. There are beautiful places in putrajaya. Nice scenaries. Nature. Mosques. Water Lakes , IOI mall, Alamanda Mall. Hotels near IOI mall. Lake cruise. Can have dinner on lake cruise. Unforgettable experience

  12. Many local picnic at Putrajaya during the weekend after 5 pm to avoid the bright sunlight. Please check the surrounding residential and shoppings area in Putrajaya and also don't miss Cyberjaya.
