i would love to see a US kit with vertical stripes – 7 red and 6 white (like the flag) – with a blue collar that has fifty white stars around it (like in the presidential seal), and the sleeves could have a bald eagle wing pattern in slightly darker red. has that been done before? does it even sound cool?

Hola! So your list is very good. My only three differences is Germany and Australia I would put in low D-tier. And yes I kinda like Portugal's kit, I would put it in B-tier. I think on the pitch it will look fantastic.
