Thanks for introducing me to The Stillest day. I’ve started it and so far I’m enjoying the short chapters and exquisite writing 😊🙏
Reading "Everybody" by Olivia Laing – highly recommend it to literally everyone
Me badly wanting The stillest day now😅. I‘ve read Higher Ground and thought it‘s a great social comment especially on the housing situation.
Now I need a copy of The Stillest Day. Sounds almost dreamlike which I think works well for a summer read. Love that outfit with those gorg earrings! 😍 thanks for sharing!
you don't know how FAST i bought The Stillest Day. can't wait!
I just have to say, I love your aesthetic so much. Like I get massive artist-in-paris vibes from your apartment / outfits. So so obsessed
43 mins? Not enough!! Watched this while making dinner for myself. My partner is out of town and YES it’s hard when he’s not here telling me how to cook haha
💓
winding down a stressful day with you and your reading update was without a doubt exactly what i needed this evening. you have no idea how excited i am to see your gorgeous face in real time on zoom so we can chat books!! x
I love your content so much, & also really enjoy when you talk about fashion! Have a great rest of your week xo
I read Damage by Josephine Hart many many years ago but I hadn't heard of this one.. sounds interesting. I finally tracked down an affordable copy of Higher Ground in a neighbouring boroughs online library so will be fun to kinda read along with you.
love the way you talk about books, it gets me in the mood to read and write. also you're so beautiful i'm gonna cryyyyyy
Just finished reading paradise rot and loved it so much! Loved all the decay esire to decay is seductive imagery and tbh even the wee it was gross but feel like it just added to it. Read someone say "its a timely warning that the desire to decay is seductive – and dangerous."
