I have lived in Lisbon, Portugal for over 3 years now and I’ve watched the rent in Portugal continue to increase. When looking for rentals in Portugal it is important to do your research. Try not to commit to any price you hear simply because it sounds like a deals in comparison with prices from your home country.

Don't buy a house right after landing in Portugal. You need some time to find in what part of the country you feel more comfortable, because there are differences in terms of weather in this small country. After you find the right region, buy a house/apartment, it's cheaper to buy than to rent a place.
Thank you for this informative video.
Excellent video. Thank you for your recommendations. It is much appreciated.
This is right on time was just viewing idealista for rentals. Thank u!
Thanks for the great information! It's so very helpful and timely for me. Looking at a short-term rental for a trip we are planning in February. Lots of options, but you have to read everything! I will be needing heat in February!!!!
Thanks for this valuable information!!! Lots of great tips!!! 😊
Very helpful! Thanks!
Do many of the places out there to rent/buy have A/C? I know the heat has picked up a wee bit over there, and I wanted to ask in addition to the wi-fi? By the way, thin walls to hear the neighbor's farts had me rolling. Stay safe.
Thanks for sharing, this was very helpful.
Thanks, Cinnamon! 👍
