Main spanish cities are too much inflated. Go to southern Italy, there' s ple ty of easily available and cheap apartements in stunning seaside towns
Here in China most of the place need to be paid in advance. If the land are old people they will ask for a whole year rent in advance plus one month deposit. If the land lord is not that old maybe he or she will agree for 3-6 months pay at once. This is the way how renting work here since I’m here(last 15 years).

Similar in Portugal… different reasons? A lot of people coming to Portugal. Need a full 12 months rental lease in place for the D7 visa. A lot of landlords require a guarantor and many month's deposit. Summer season coming – many landlords can earn much more over 3 or 4 months in this season – short term rentals. Thankfully, we managed to contact a landlord directly rather than going through an agent – we are now in a great situation, great apartment, great location, friendly landlord and us as happy tenants!
I believe that the inflation is already priced in crypto market since the end of last month. These manipulative rats are always 2 steps ahead of everybody because they are market makers. I hope I’m wrong and they won’t keep dumping it on retail investors as always.
