If you have a Resident Card/Ikamet then you can continue to renew with the OLD Rules
Effective July 1st – Only 20% Foreigners allowed to reside in a Mahallesi/District from the previous 25%
Make sure new applicants that the district you choose has not closed or has less than 20% Foreigners before submitting application OR you will be Rejected.
June 13th – US$400,000 Property investment to gain Citizenship Status
