Magnificent villa with superb view of nature, the park and the swimming pool. Sometimes, to make a house live, you have to transform it into a hotel complex… I prefer the vaulted part, which is the most authentic. Good luck Danilo, hope you sell soon 👍🌹😘

Beautiful and amazing property, restored in a magnificent way! The restaurant is like a time travel. By the way, that latim quote was first used by Ariosto, inscripted in his own modest house in Mirasole, Ferrara. The full quote is: Parva, sed apta mihi, sed nulli obnoxia, sed non parta meo sed tamen aere domus, which means: Small but enough for me, nobody can claim any rights over it, a decent place bought with my own money.

Danilo did a great job describing the beauty of this villa. I know that, because my husband and I were guests there for a week several years ago. The villa is magical! As Danilo said, the views are magnificent. The views are the essence of Tuscany, and so is the villa. The family who restored the villa were a delight, and you could tell how much they loved every bit of their loving restoration.
We visited San Gimignano several times, including a delightful walk from the villa to the village. We visited both Florence and Sienna, and many other wonderful places in the country side. It might be worth another trip to Italy just to have a personal Danilo tour.
