I’m surprised how beautiful are the interiors of both houses, maybe hidden in lots of different ages furniture.
But( I don’t know how tall is Danilo) not appropriate for very tall people, he looks a giant walking in the house.

Ciao Danilo, this is the coziest, and perfectly laid out home. Not too large and yet not matter wher you decide you want to stay yu will not be able to go wrong. You have lovely bedrooms and living room areas and lots of light. The heated floors for the Guest house is such a wonderful addition! The Guest house will be good for those in family who come may ever come to visit or if you wanted to rent it out The main home really is a delight as well. Never could enough be said. . about hte fantastic pool! What a way to relax ! Sort of placed nicely so you have great views and yet are a little bit feeling you are in a very private type of an area. Very nice!
Someone will be very lucky to have all the Olive trees ! This is even more of a consideration to perhaps have a business perhaps, as to not just allow them to be wasted but to be ale to use them perhaps. I have read how health giving olive oil is to our health and that I think more people need to know how much our bodies need olive oil ! Must say that the Rose Garden would truly be enticing and would not be able to keep msyelf from them! That truly must be exquisite when the Roses are blooming!

Thank you so much for your hard work! Always very informative. anyways it would be nice to also advice that everyone needs more than their salaries to survive the recent economic downturn this days. I have seen condos starting at 100k get traded from one flipper to another with increases of 30-60 k each time it trades hands. What was meant to be affordable housing is now a luxury 350k unit. I think the flippers are doing a massive disservice to first time home buyers, but the person who scoops up those improved units when reality sets in will be happy. Now i put all my focus on btc. Investing in crypto is the best anyone can do today and trade because a fraction bought today can become millions tomorrow if you are trading rightly. I choose to invest in bitcoin and also trade with the aid of my investment advisor Mrs. Robin Moore. I'm a little confused about the main house. In the beginning you said it has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The guest room, which is a bedroom, isn't considered a 'bedroom' when selling the house? I was wondering why over 3000 sq ft of space would only have 2 bedrooms.
When you spoke about the bathroom in the guest house, it looked like you were about to start laughing. I don't know why they thought that was a good idea. 😄
