Round 2: Farm Viewings Day 7 | Covilha | Decision Made on Farm!

The battle between head vs heart continues to plague me, but I FINALLY MAKE A DECISION! I put in an offer (maybe 4th time lucky?) Find out if it was accepted…

I also talk about the seventh day of our 10 day trip to Castelo Branco for Round 2 of my search for our forever farm. Today I see 3 properties in Covilha, one of which this entire trip was planned around.

Interested in the Covilha properties? Find them here:

So happy for you and the dogs. Lots of planning and hard work ahead.
Wishing you only the best with your purchase and many happy years on the
    farm. Exciting times 🙂

  6. Wonderful. I do hope all goes well. Do your renovation work as you like. I have one suggestion and it comes from friends who have bought land/farms. Take one year to learn your land. Learn how it reacts to the change of season, drains during rainy weather and how productive the surrounding land appears to be. Do some gardening and grow some food but take your time to optimize the land for your needs. Good luck and enjoy!
