Wonderful. I do hope all goes well. Do your renovation work as you like. I have one suggestion and it comes from friends who have bought land/farms. Take one year to learn your land. Learn how it reacts to the change of season, drains during rainy weather and how productive the surrounding land appears to be. Do some gardening and grow some food but take your time to optimize the land for your needs. Good luck and enjoy!
