Russia and Ukraine accuse each other of breaking cease-fire

A temporary cease-fire meant to allow for the safe evacuation of as many as 200,000 Ukrainians was broken by renewed shelling for the second day in a row. Ukraine and Russia have both blamed each other for breaking the agreement. Charlie D’Agata reports.

  4. So now the West is making a case for war by pushing the propaganda that Russia is using chemical warfare. This sounds so much like Iraqs WMD and we all know that outcome.

  11. Reminds me of a war in Bosnia. Our own government in Bosnia shelled civilian positions to ignite a uproar, in the west and that was the only thing to stop the war eventually. Of course serbs shelled and killed us but the west didnt see a reason to help. Our govt found a way to get to the west to help us by blowing civilian positions for food, water, and medication. Years later our party of democrats in Bosnia acknowledge this and said it had to be done .I could be wrong but Ukraine might be doing the same to get the west to help. Russia is definitely at fault but news media never takes 2 sides. Always 1.

  12. All people have to think, which country started the war must related to started the pandemic. They can't be separated, because it's whole plan.
    We all know this pandemic originally come from China's lab,
    China refused the investigation from WTO.
    For big plan, start pandemic is the first move, it won't stop, the second move must start the war. Only. God's know who will come next?

    I assume that China started the pandemic and Russia started to attack Ukraine as they planned.

  24. I feel sorry for the Ukraine people and my heart gose out to them .
    But I don't think that the Ukraine government are as innocent as they make out , this has been going on for eight years.
    Plus what has American been doing to cause as much trouble as they can , why have NATO been moving towards Russia the past years ?
    Plus has everyone forgotten ww2 and how the Ukraine fought on the Germans ? Two SS division from Ukraine murdered hundreds of thousands of Russian people!
    The West has been told Russian is our enemy for years and not to trust them.
    I'm not a Russian or a communist I just believe that you should stand back and look at both sides of a story!
    Don't forget the first gulf War!

Now i don't know who is right …one leader, at the time of attack , runs away from his country as a coward resultantly no one gets killed and country remains undestroyed …in an another situation a leader shows bravery without grounds and let his people die and country gets destroyed for centuries …one specie has been doing the same thing for centuries… Divide and rule. . 🤔

  30. The fact that you new reporters keeps exposing that Ukraine citizens are fighting too may be the reason they are now attacking them. Why are y’all exposing their plans? Don’t you think Putin is keeping up with the news too? The military is now being told civilians are armed to fight so when they see one they won’t have as much sympathy even if it’s a person Rhee might be trying to get away. The element of surprise is what wins a fight. Telling the other side all your moves will prepare them. If they didn’t know the civilians were fighting back then they could have snuck up on them and caught them off guard but now the invaders know what to look for. This whole war is just stupid and pointless.
